The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The internet access was reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The shuttle service to the nearby tube station was convenient and saved me time and effort. the hotel's location in the beautiful gardens added to its charm.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This place is located in a very built-up residential area, giving it a quiet and tranquil atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was absolutely top-notch. They were polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. The room amenities were also of high quality. There were ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe, ensuring that my stay was both comfortable and convenient. The free toiletries provided added an extra touch of luxury. The dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area were great places to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal or a drink. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.
Although my stay at this hotel was fantastic, I must mention that the female restaurant manager was inept and lacked customer service skills. Despite this minor setback, I would highly recommend this hotel to others based on its excellent location, service, and room amenities.
